Shipping

We value every purchase, and we do our best to honour all shipping requests to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. 

Hong Kong Orders (Free shipping) will require a signature upon receipt, so please ensure you give us a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for it when it arrives. If this is not an option for you, we will figure something out, get in touch with us. If the parcel is damaged by the delivery company, The Society HK cannot be held responsible.

We aim to have all orders sent out within 2-3 working days of order confirmation. Do take into account potential delays due to public holidays, customs clearance, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping
Import Duties Import duties tax is not included in shipping charges. Import duties or customs tax is based on your local country’s importation regulations and is the responsibility of the customer. The Society HK is not responsible for import duties or customs tax on international shipments. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note The Society HK is unable to accept returns for unpaid import duties or customs tax.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

The Society HK gladly accepts returns of unworn and undamaged for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of the original purchase. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging.

All special designed and personalised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

The Society HK reserves the right to refuse the items returned should they not meet our return policy requirements. All sale items are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. For your protection, we suggest that you pack your returned item securely and use a reliable and traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot refund you if your package is lost or damaged. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item, and all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Once the item has been received and reviewed, we will send you a receipt for the amount of the returned item via email. Please allow 4-7 days for us to process your return.

If you would like to exchange for a different style, please send us back the item for credit and place a new order.

Gift certificate

The gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash.
